Kitchen Cooking Hack - Chicken Breasts



I love chicken breasts. They are so versatile and can be used in so many different kinds of cuisines. The only problem is they really don't have a ton of flavor on their own and they can dry out very easily. Luckily for us, there is an easy fix!

Pour 4 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of salt in a large bowl. Soak/brine chicken breasts for 20-30 minutes. That's it! That's all there is to it! You will be pleasantly surprised with how much flavor and moisture this simple trick provides.
